Director of Communications
The Director of Communications serves as a vital member of the Marketing & Audience Development Department with primary responsibilities of strategic institutional storytelling, public relations and press outreach and cultivation, social media, new audience development, patron loyalty and retention. The Director of Communications reports to the Vice President of Marketing & Audience Development and is an integral resource to the President & CEO. Responsibilities include planning and executing robust and effective internal and external communications and PR plans to ensure the achievement of revenue, new audience growth, and engagement.
