Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Managing Director and President will serve as the chief executive officer of the organization, ensuring continued success in both artistic and operational realms. The Managing Director and President will spearhead the development and implementation of strategies that drive The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra (SPCO) toward its vision, working closely with the Artistic Director, the Board, and senior leadership to maintain alignment with the organization’s mission and priorities. With a strong commitment to fiscal responsibility, the Managing Director and President will oversee the creation of long-range financia
