Description:  The Music Division Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing day to day administrative support to Music Division staff to help produce curricular and co-curricular projects and interdisciplinary events. This role works most with the Associate Director of Artistic Programs while also offering additional management for the office of the Dean and Director of the Music Division all to facilitate workflow and project management. This position is fully on-site, with some evenings and weekend hours required to support rehearsals, performances, and other special events.
