Summary/Objective The Facilities Coordinator, a full-time position under the direction of and assisting the Tanglewood Facilities Operations Manager, is responsible for coordinating, overseeing, supporting, staffing and ensuring a functional facilities environment for Tanglewood events, functions, activities and programs throughout the year, including all post-season TLI programs, weddings, recordings, and other special events and functions on and off campus. The position monitors and tracks facilities events costs and manages the enterprise integrated calendar system for the Tanglewood Facilities department.
