Oversees and coordinates all aspects of education and community engagement programs; collaborates with area educators, conducting staff, and Artistic Operations staff in the development of concert themes, repertoire, and programs; collaborates with area churches, schools, and community venues to schedule concerts in satellite venues; identifies talent such as conductors, soloists, narrators, and dancers.   Develops pre-concert teaching materials in conjunction with area educators (program/activity booklets, curriculum guides, etc.) to be posted on RPO website in advance of concerts   Establishes and maintains productive relationships with the music and arts-in-education communities; establishes and maintains
