REPORTS TO: Technical Director POSITION SUMMARY: The Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the technical and logistical execution of events, ensuring the seamless operation of production elements, with a focus on rentals, internal events, and non-orchestra presentations. This role requires thorough technical expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.  Reporting to the Technical Director, the Production Coordinator collaborates closely with the Rentals and Events Manager and other members of the Artistic Operations staff, external vendors, artists, and clients to support the execution of a variety of activities and events to deliver high-quality event experiences.
