Director of Orchestra Personnel
Director of Orchestra Personnel  Summary Reports to: Vice President & General Manager Employment Status: Full-Time Salaried, Exempt   The Director of Orchestra Personnel is responsible for the daily function of the Orchestra and oversees all matters concerning the 83 musicians of the Orchestra including but not limited to, enforcing work rules and terms of the Master Agreement, onboarding new musicians, implementing the tenure process for probationary musicians, overseeing the administration of national auditions, preparing bi-weekly musician payroll, creating weekly rosters, serving as a primary participant in CBA negotiations, and handling all sensitive and confidential matters with individual musicians.
