The Orchestra Production Manager, reporting to the Director of Stage Operations, Orchestra, supervises members of the production and stage management team, helps manage all aspects of day-to-day concert production, ensures successful performances, and maintains a positive relationship with San Diego Symphony Orchestra (SDSO) members and visiting high profile artists at Jacobs Music Center, The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park, and a variety of other locations and venues in Southern California. This position requires extensive experience working with an orchestra with skills to pivot out of classical programming and into popular programming with and without the orchestra.
