Aspen Leadership Group is proud to partner with the York Symphony Orchestra in the search for an Executive Director. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will serve in a critical leadership role as the chief executive officer of the York Symphony Orchestra (YSO), advancing the mission and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the organization. Working in close partnership with the Board of Directors and Music Director, the Executive Director will develop and execute the organization's strategic plan, which includes setting clear goals and objectives aligned with the YSO's mission, vision, and values. The Executive Director will assume a broad range
