Position Summary The Sr Director of HR will be responsible for handling, overseeing and leading initiatives in talent management, benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations. Additionally, this role will manage employee policies and procedures. The Sr Director will be a key advocate for the BSO’s mission, strategy, and culture. This position reports directly to the CFO.
