PURPOSE To assist the Chief Operating Officer and the Director of Music Operations with the administration of the Music Operations Department and support the Chorus and Dance Manager with administering Chorus rehearsals.   ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Support the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Music Operations with department projects as assigned, including attending meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items as needed.
