The Director of Major Gifts and Campaign will play a senior role in the PSO’s Development Team by partnering with the SVP & Chief Development Officer to lead the efforts to grow the pipeline of Major Gift and Campaign support. The Orchestra is actively working on expanding its fundraising efforts as it embarks on the initial phase of a comprehensive fundraising campaign, with a primary focus on growing individual giving.   The Director of Major Gifts and Campaign will be a highly motivated individual with a fundraising background that includes demonstrated experience working on campaigns, building strategies for and engaging in strong donor relationships, securing a range of gifts, and successful team management.  This position will also manage a portfolio composed of high-level Major D
