POSITION SUMMARY:  The Senior Vice President for Artistic Planning and Programs serves as an organizational leader with a focus on the creation and execution of NWS's artistic endeavors. Guided by NWS’s strategic plan and the artistic vision of the Artistic Director, they oversee the planning and implementation of programming that is in service to the artistic development of NWS Fellows, ensuring the fellowship program offers in-depth exposure to diverse repertoire and other musical experiences necessary for the 21st century musician.    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Serve as a member of the senior leadership team in establishing organizational strategy, priorities, goals and budget and fostering a positive and inclusive organ
