Job PurposeThe Director of Individual Support plays a key leadership role in the PSO’s Development Team expanding the pipeline of support from individuals and the efficient operations to support these efforts. The Director of Individual Support will be a highly motivated professional with a strong Development background that includes demonstrated experience building strategic donor engagement, securing a range of gifts, as well as ensuring efficient systems to support moves management.
