The Manager of Foundation Partnerships is a leader in connecting the work of the Sphinx Organization directly to its foundation partners: the largest group that makes up Sphinx’s contributed revenue. Through robust and dynamic grant writing and a large volume of proposal submissions this position is charged with securing $3.3M in revenue under the supervision and in partnership with the Chief Advancement Officer. The work of this position fully supports, serves and is related to fundraising for the four programmatic pillars of Sphinx: Education and Access, Artist Development, Performing Artists, and Arts Leadership.
