Orchestra Personnel Manager
Position Summary:   The Orchestra Personnel Manager (OPM) acts as the cornerstone in the relationship between the Musicians and Administration. This position creates an environment for the musicians that is representative of Seattle Symphony Orchestra’s (SSO) values of excellence, innovation, curiosity, collaboration, inclusivity, respect, integrity, and service by acting as a counsel and a resource for SSO Musicians.  To achieve this, an OPM candidate should have broad experience in administrating collective bargaining agreements and policies typical of orchestras. They will need to be skilled at communication and creative problem solving and to be able to demonstrate that they can handle confidential matters with sensitivity and discretion.
