The Jacobs School of Music invites candidates to serve as Assistant Dean for Artistic Operations (ADAO) and to lead the artistic operations of the school. The ADAO's portfolio encompasses leadership and direction of all facets of JSoM performance operations, including the Jacobs Opera and Ballet Theater, instrumental ensembles, concerts, performance, ad hoc room scheduling, and events on and off the JSoM campus including occasional tours or regional performances. We are looking for an artistic visionary with an entrepreneurial perspective, and a collaborative colleague who partners with the dean, the administration, faculty, students, professional staff, and collaborative partners both across Indiana University and beyond.
