Director of Patron Services
SUMMARY: The Director of Patron Services oversees the day-to-day operations of the Symphony’s Ticket Office (incoming calls), Teleservices (outbound sales calls), and Box Office Sales teams, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction for patrons purchasing subscriptions, single tickets, and making donations by phone, in person, at the concert hall and online. The Director of Patron Services also plays a key role in setting ticket prices and sales goals, and collaborates with the Marketing and Development teams to produce a patron revenue model for meeting the organization’s revenue goals.
