JOB TITLE:      Director of Artistic Operations         REPORTS TO: Executive Director SUPERVISES:   Librarian, Production Manager, Personnel Manager JOB SUMMARY The Director of Artistic Operations, as the leader of the Operations team, is responsible for overseeing the production of all orchestra events (concerts, rehearsals, run-out concerts to locations outside of Merrill Auditorium, recordings, special events, etc.) run smoothly, effectively, and in a financially responsible manner that fulfills the mission of the organization.  The Director of Artistic Operations serves as the artistic administrator for the orchestra working closely with the Music Director and Artistic Planning Committe
