POSITION OVERVIEWThe Development & Marketing Associate (D/MA) is a key member of Plano Symphony Orchestra’s (PSO) administrative team, focused on building customer relationships and providing development and donor support. The D/MA, with support from office administration, addresses patron and donor needs through high-quality customer service and event management, providing personalized service to engage and enrich their experience with the PSO.
