The Principal Librarian drives an energetic three-person team responsible for the fast-paced music library for the National Repertory Orchestra. The library team manages the preparation, distribution, and collection of all orchestral parts throughout the duration of the festival, including concerts, special events, and runouts. The Principal Librarian reports to the Director of Operations and Education and is the primary contact regarding library concerns between the Music Director, Guest Conductors, Production Manager and Orchestra Manager to ensure effective communication regarding library information among the staff and clear dissemination of information to the orchestra.
