The ASO seeks a Director of Operations who will serve as leader of the orchestra's operations, managing all aspects of day-to-day orchestra operations and concert production, securing successful performances, and ensuring the operational needs of all performers are met. The Director of Operations is responsible for effective management of the Orchestra’s schedule in support of artistic excellence and financial sustainability, and in compliance with the Orchestra’s CBA; managing runouts, tours and media projects; and managing the department’s budget.
