Overview The Production Manager Assistant provides ongoing administrative and operational support for events, rehearsals, classes, and productions for the Department of Music. With broad production experience and excellent organizational skills, the position supports the Production Manager, and sometimes Program Manager, in managing the master calendar for the entire department (including academic courses, rehearsals, performances, and special events), the technical schedule, finances, and other logistics of the Music Department production and performance activities.   The position must be available for evenings, weekends, and extended work days as needed.
