So Percussion Inc. seeks an experienced professional to join our team of exceptional artists, dedicated staff, and passionate board members in the role of Development Manager. POSITION SUMMARY The Development Manager will have a leadership role in achieving the fundraising goals laid out in the organization’s three-year Strategic Plan, which among other things calls for a 50% budget increase over the coming three years.  As such, the Development Manager will be the point person leading an aggressive fundraising strategy that will be supported by all organizational staff and partners. In particular, the Develop
