Position: Production ManagerReports to: VP of Operations Status: Full-time, Exempt Concerts/Events Ensures a smooth rehearsal and concert experience for all musicians, guest artists, and conductors. • Manages concert/event production and logistical operations • Plans and executes orchestra and theatrical setup at all performance venues • Manages Stage Manager• Acts as the point of contact for all concert logistics• Confirms travel and ground transport and books hotel for all out-of-town guests • Technical support as needed for all events of the Philharmonic • Assists as needed with logistical planning, set up, and execution of outreach events • Adheres to deadlines and budgets • Cross-trains with Librarian and Pers
