About the Job:   The Director of Operations & Community Engagement makes things happen. You’re in the driver’s seat to make sure we’re putting on the best concerts and community programming. From planning seasons to managing budgets to negotiating contracts to making sure it all goes smoothly, the job comes down to one thing: putting on incredible shows. -The Director of Operations & Community Engagement is where the operations buck stops. They plan, budget for, and oversee the hiring of everyone and everything needed to create amazing seasons of orchestral music.
