Overview: The Executive Director is responsible for managing the human and financial resources of the Saginaw Symphony Association (SSA) in order to achieve the Orchestra’s mission. To that end, the Executive Director is responsible and accountable for all aspects of the organization including implementing the policies set forth by the (SSA) Board of Directors. The Executive Director serves as chief operating officer of the SBSO, reporting to the Board of Directors under the general supervision of the President of the Board or their designee.  Qualifications: Significant managerial experience in non-profit arts administration.
