Job purpose The Artistic Personnel Manager’s purpose is to hire and communicate information to musicians for every service of the Orchestra of Luke’s according to our CBA with the Musicians’ Union.  In addition, the Personnel Manager is responsible for keeping the ArtsVision database current in terms of hiring and personnel information.  They also must relay all pertinent information for payroll processing to the Finance Department and Musicians’ Union in a timely fashion.
