Executive Director/Development Officer
The Westerville Symphony at Otterbein University seeks an Executive Director/Development Officer. The Executive Director/Development Officer is the principal administrator of Symphony development and operations. The Executive Director/Development Officer establishes administrative and strategic plans in collaboration with the Board of Directors and implements policies set by the Board to achieve the Westerville Symphony mission and vision. The ED/DO supports the artistic direction of the symphony as provided by the Music Director. The ED/DO is responsible for managing fundraising, marketing, developing community partnerships, and carrying out day-to-day administrative duties. The ED/DO serves as the chief operating officer, with oversight from the Symphony Board of Trustees, and reports
