Patron Services Manager
POSITION SUMMARY: The Patron Services Manager is responsible for building a team of front-line employees (Patron Services Associates) who cultivate new and existing relationships with patrons under the highest levels of service and professionalism. The Patron Services Manager schedule includes regular business hours (MON-FRI, 10AM – 6PM) as well as rotating evenings and weekends during performances; with occasional matinee/morning concert shifts.
