Patron Services Manager
Reporting to the Director of Communications, the Patron Services Manager is a valued member of the Philharmonic team, responsible for the management and implementation of patron growth and ticket sales initiatives that support the Philharmonic's programs and mission. Ensure excellent customer experiences as the principal contact for all Philharmonic ticketing. Lead Philharmonic and venue staff as the primary front of house manager. Meet and exceed overall ticket sales goals. Maintain and optimize internal data systems including the coordination of various databases in house and with the box offices.
